Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department Conveyance Division operates and maintains the sanitary sewerage system within Pima County and surrounding communities; including City of Tucson, Oro Valley, Green Valley and portions of Marana, Sahuarita and Pinal County.

Customers are able to  submit an online service request through this site for any sewer related issue, including but not limited to:  Vector (Roach) Control, Odor Control, Bees in a manhole, public or private Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSO), toilet blowouts, vandalism, defective or missing manhole covers, house connection (HCS) issues, and general sewer problems.

By creating an account, customers can follow the status and progress of their request online and receive email updates when the status of the request changes.
